Contacting us

• Please contact us by phone 0113 232 3878 or via the website for appointments and enquiries. The practice will remain closed for patients to walk in
• If you require an emergency appointment you will be triaged by a member of our team over the phone
• If you are required to attend the practice we will need you to fill in a pre appointment questionaire online
• We will also ask for your payment over the phone

Before your appointment

• Before you attend please ensure you have visited the lavatory, had a drink and brushed your teeth
• Our toilet is currently closed to patients
• Please avoid bringing unnecessary belonginings in to the practice with you
• If you arrive early for your appointment please wait outside or in your car
• Our waiting room is closed so please attend alone
• The practice door will be locked until your appointment is ready to begin

Entering the practice

• We will come to the door when its time for you to enter the practice
• Our staff will be wearing full PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) when they come to door and while we appreactiate this may seem daunting or unfriendly but it is for everyones safety
• Before entry we will need to take your temperature
• On entering the practice you will be asked to sanitise your hands

Your appointment

• You will be taken straight through to the surgery and we will go through the pre appointment questions with you
• To provide you with dental treatment we cannot adhere to the social distancing recommendations
• Our team will therefore be in extra PPE
• We ask that social distancing is adhered to at all other times
• Once we have finished your appointment, you will be escorted back out to leave the practice
